The team is involved in all aspects of energy production and management, and supports its customers from start to finish, from feasibility studies and assessments of a site’s energy potential, to the sizing of solar, geothermal and storage infrastructures, while providing regulatory and legal support. Our mission is to contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable energy projects tailored to the needs of our customers.

  • Feasibility study

Before launching the development of a renewable energy production facility, it is crucial to assess the potential of a site, study existing alternatives and accurately calculate the return on investment. We identify suitable areas and carry out the necessary studies (analysis of energy requirements, building and soil constraints, existing electrical installations, etc.). On this basis, we determine the estimated production and the options for valorizing the energy produced in order to maximize the energy and economic benefits.

  • Asset portfolio strategy

Regulatory compliance can represent significant costs, and is therefore a key issue for the sound management of a portfolio of real estate assets. To this end, we study all the regulatory and technical aspects applicable to all sites to best size the energy facilities to be developed, and identify sites that can be exempted.
