Support with SRI structuring and certification for the launch of the Principal Inside SCPI, which invests in Europe and the US and is aimed at retail investors
- Structuring the ESG approach for the Article 8 fund
- Coordination with the US and UK/European group sustainability teams
- Definition of tools (ESG matrices tailored to asset classes, countries, internal and external policies, and alignment with the SGFDR)
- Management of the process with the certification body for SRI certification
- Training of teams on the topics of carbon, energy, climate, biodiversity, water and regulatory issues

SRI certification for a new SCPI
- Structuring of ESG objectives and completion of documents
- Creation of an evaluation grid for 5 asset types in 4 countries

Helping a leading player in the financing of the Social and Solidarity Economy to identify the levers that are holding back fundraising
- Market review, analysis of flows in the market sector and positioning analysis
- Analysis of the needs of current investors (interviews with around ten key investors)
- Development of the roadmap and framework for operational action plans
