In a context where environmental performance and climate resilience are becoming major strategic issues, the logistics sector is no exception to the rule.

The 2025 Environmental Performance Barometer, produced by Etyo Green Insight, continues the work begun in 2024 and offers an in-depth analysis of the energy and climate impact of logistics buildings in France.

This new edition is based on a larger volume of data, enriched by field audits, and draws on the methodology of the Sustainable Real Estate Observatory (OID) published in December 2024. The assets studied – heated, unheated, positive cold and negative cold warehouses – are assessed against the main regulatory frameworks: Tertiary Decree, European Green Taxonomy and CSRD.

The 2025 edition includes, for the first time, an assessment of climate risks affecting logistics assets, in order to measure their exposure and resilience to environmental hazards. At the same time, monitoring energy trajectories on a like-for-like basis provides a dynamic reading of actual progress over time.

Beyond simply reporting on the situation, this Barometer provides reliable benchmarks for assessing your assets, comparing their performance and identifying concrete levers for action. It thus becomes a strategic tool to support the energy and environmental transition of the logistics sector.
