Canopée by Etyo specializes in structuring, optimizing and creating services for collective catering ranging from early childhood to businesses, including medico-social services and local authorities. Our role is to support companies in their catering projects, depending on their needs and the management method chosen:
- When a customer decides to delegate the contract catering service, we help them draw up the tender documents and select the service provider best suited to their needs.
- If the customer wishes to manage the catering service directly (self-management), we help them to organize their human resources, manage purchasing, draw up a health management plan and structure their project in the best possible way.
Every stage of the project is taken care of, from the call for tenders to implementation and operational follow-up, with project management specifically designed to meet the requirements of foodservice operations.

- Guide the renewal of catering contracts and the formalization of contracts
- Aid the roll-out of catering projects and the implementation of action plans
