In synergy with the other regions, the AMO Nantes consultants carry out Real Estate operations, technical audits and programming for its clients, whether users, investors or developers.
The team is also involved in other projects in connection with the Group’s other business lines: Supply Chain and Sustainable Development. The consultant travel in Loire-Atlantique and all over Brittany.

Lénaïc Quesne, Director of the Nantes AMO office, has been working in the real estate sector in western France since 2008. He opened ETYO's Nantes office in 2021 to support the development of project management consulting and assistance activities in the region. An engineering graduate of INSA Rennes, he has been involved in setting up and managing numerous real estate projects in a variety of fields: public and private facilities, offices, industrial installations and housing.With his technical and regulatory expertise, he and his team support real estate projects from inception to delivery.
