The AMO team in Rennes supports public and private project owners in the delivery of their real estate, logistics and sustainable development projects throughout Brittany. It works alongside both investors and end-users, providing expertise tailored to each type of project.

Etyo's Centre-West offices are managed by Lénaïc Quesne, a graduate engineer from INSA Rennes. Based in western France since 2008, he supports public and private sector organisations in the delivery of their property projects. With in-depth knowledge of the region and its challenges, he is supported by an experienced team that has managed numerous projects across a range of sectors: public and privates facilities, commercial property, industrial sites, housing and urban development projects.

Lénaïc Quesne, Directory of the AMO Nantes, has been working in the property sector in western France for over 14 years. In particulary he headed up the "Project Management" department at a company specialising in project planning and client support. An engineer from INSA Rennes, Lénaïc has been involved in setting up and overseeing numerous property developments in the Pays de la Loire region: public and private facilities, offices, industrial sites and housing. Drawing on his technical and regulatory expertise, he and his team manage projects from inception through to handover.
